Terms of service

A clear agreement for setup.

These terms cover use of the ClawBuild website and the setup services arranged through it. They are written to preserve the rights you have under consumer law.

1. Who we are and when these terms apply

ClawBuild is operated by QuickRooms Pty Ltd trading as ClawBuild ("ClawBuild", "we", "us"). These terms apply when you use our website or purchase or arrange a ClawBuild setup service. A specific written quote or service description may add to these terms; if it conflicts with them, the specific agreed details apply to that service to the extent of the conflict.

By using the site or proceeding with a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a service.

2. What the service does

ClawBuild provides remote, done-for-you setup assistance for a private AI agent that is intended to run on your own computer. The exact inclusions depend on the plan or written description you select. Unless expressly agreed, we do not provide ongoing monitoring, managed hosting, guaranteed availability, or ongoing access to your computer after setup.

You remain responsible for your computer, operating system, network, accounts, software and choices about which AI providers, models, tools or integrations to use. Third-party products and services have their own terms, charges, privacy practices and availability. ClawBuild does not control them.

3. Your responsibilities and safe use

You must be authorised to use the device and accounts involved, provide accurate booking information, and cooperate with reasonable setup instructions. Before a remote session, save your work, close unrelated private material and back up anything important. Tell us about relevant device or access constraints before work begins.

You must not use the service or any configured agent for unlawful activity, to infringe another person's rights, or to compromise systems or data. You are responsible for reviewing an agent's output and for permissions, integrations and actions you enable. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable; it is not professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.

4. Remote access and credentials

If remote assistance is part of your setup, you may need to provide temporary access to your device. That access is used only to complete the agreed setup and is removed when setup work is complete. Credentials needed during setup are used for that work and deleted afterwards. Do not share credentials through the website contact form or ordinary email.

You should remain present for the remote setup where practical and may end the session at any time. If access is interrupted or required information is unavailable, we may need to reschedule or agree a revised scope before continuing.

5. Prices, payment and GST

Prices displayed on our Australian-facing website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where GST applies. Any applicable taxes, currency conversion, or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider may be shown or charged separately where required. We will confirm the price and scope before you commit to a purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not ask you to send card details by email or contact form. A booking is subject to payment confirmation and any scheduling arrangements stated at checkout or in our communications.

A valid referral code gives the referred customer A$40 off instead of the 15% first-setup offer. Only one discount applies to each order; they cannot be combined. We review the referrer's A$40 credit manually after the referred customer's paid booking. Self-referrals do not qualify for a referrer credit.

6. Cancelling and refunds

You may cancel before setup work starts and receive a full refund. Once setup work has started, if you cancel, we may deduct a reasonable amount for work already completed and costs properly incurred for your service, and refund any remaining amount. We will explain the calculation on request.

Once the setup has been delivered and handed over, we do not offer a refund for a change of mind because the setup service has been performed. This does not affect your rights to a remedy if the service fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

This cancellation policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any remedy or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable law. Statutory remedies are always preserved.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. For a major failure with a service, you may be entitled to cancel the service contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value. You may also be entitled to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you may be entitled to have the problem rectified within a reasonable time; if it is not, you may be entitled to cancel and obtain a refund for the unused portion.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Availability and liability

We will use reasonable care and skill in providing the agreed setup service. Website information is general and may change; we do not promise uninterrupted site access or uninterrupted operation of third-party products or your agent.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by your device, internet connection, third-party services, changes you make after setup, or use of an agent outside the agreed setup. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Any limitation or exclusion applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not override ACL rights or remedies.

9. Website content and intellectual property

The ClawBuild name, branding, website content and materials we create remain owned by their respective rights holders. You may use setup instructions and deliverables supplied for your own personal or business use, subject to any third-party licence terms that apply. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of third-party software or the AI agent platform.

10. International customers and applicable rights

Customers outside Australia are welcome to enquire. You are responsible for confirming that remote access, software use, payment and any import, tax or consumer requirements are lawful in your location. Currency conversion and charges from your bank or payment provider may apply.

These terms do not take away mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or region. If local law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights continue to apply. Any choice of applicable law or forum operates only to the extent permitted by the mandatory rules that apply to you.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as our services change. The current version and its update date appear on this page. Changes apply to future use and purchases; changes to an existing booking will not remove rights you already have under law.

Questions, cancellation requests or concerns can be sent through our contact page.
