ClawBuild is operated by QuickRooms Pty Ltd trading as ClawBuild ("ClawBuild", "we", "us"). For privacy requests or questions, use our contact form.

We handle personal information under applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) where they apply to us.

When you contact us, ask for a referral, request updates, or arrange a paid setup, we may receive information such as your name, email address, enquiry subject and message, referral details, plan or service selected, order status, and communications with our team. We use this information to respond, assess and manage a request, book and deliver a setup, process payments, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

We store your name (if provided), email, enquiry source, time, optional subject and referral details in a private lead list so our team can follow up and track the status of a request. Contact message bodies are emailed to our team but are not stored in that lead list. Access to the list is limited to the authorised operator.

Please do not include passwords, API keys, payment card details, or other secrets in an enquiry or referral form. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor rather than collected in our contact form.

The agent we set up is intended to run on your computer, under your control. Your prompts, conversations, files and the agent's ongoing activity are stored or processed by the software and services you choose to run on that computer. ClawBuild does not receive that agent data through this website or continuously monitor your agent.

For a remote setup, you may give us temporary remote access to your computer. That access is used only to carry out the setup and is removed when the setup is complete. If credentials are needed during setup, they are used for that task and deleted afterwards; we do not retain them as an ongoing way to access your agent. Please do not send credentials in website forms or ordinary email.

During a setup, information visible on your screen or provided by you may be encountered incidentally. We use it only as needed to perform the requested work and ask you to close unrelated private material before sharing access. The agent's own provider may have its own data practices; those are not controlled by ClawBuild.

We use a small number of providers to operate the service. Information needed for the relevant task may be handled by:

• Replit — hosting this website and its associated service infrastructure.
• Resend — sending and delivering service-related email, including enquiry or booking communications.
• Stripe — processing payments and providing payment status. Stripe handles payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.

These providers may process information in Australia or other countries, depending on their systems and operations. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to handle personal information consistently with Australian privacy requirements when it is disclosed overseas. Each provider may also retain information as required for its own legal, security or operational purposes.

We keep enquiry, referral and order records for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, provide support, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No online service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it to the providers above, where you ask us to or authorise a disclosure, or where disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by law. We may also use or disclose information to investigate suspected misuse or protect people and systems, where legally permitted.

You can ask us to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or request deletion where we no longer need to keep it. Contact us through the form and identify the information or interaction concerned. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within a reasonable time and explain if we cannot meet a request in full, including where a legal retention requirement applies.

If you are concerned about how we have handled your information, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Where the Privacy Act and APPs apply, you may also have the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Your browser may store cookies or similar technical information when you use the site. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some site functions.

Our services are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can assess and address it.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The version and date on this page show the current published text. Material changes apply from the date they are posted, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
